Guetta Building Company did this stunning renovation on this 4 bedroom, 2 bedroom house. The homeowners bought the home in April 2013 and wanted to be living in the home by Memorial Day weekend (May 2013) This renovation was done in record-breaking time (approximately 30 days) to get the owners into their home. From an old outdated Formica kitchen, this home was updated with brand new kitchen cabinets, top of the line appliances and calacatta gold 3″ thick countertops. The renovation created generous new entertainment areas with a cozy den open to the eat-in kitchen. New hardwood floors installed throughout, a new bedroom created, bathrooms fully renovated were just some of the updates made. A true master and additional guest room were created upstairs with updates of the second master located on the first floor along with the guest room. In addition, the bathrooms were newly appointed with vanities and tile to give it more of a today’s look. In addition, we created an outdoor basketball court on the property to enjoy and a relaxing environment by the pool surrounded by lovely manicured lawns in this privately screened property…a magnificent renovation and truly the perfect summer escape!
